Returns, refunds and exchanges

Return:


Products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.


We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased excluding the shipping charges, credit card charges and any other miscellaneous charges that Spectra Baby Pakistan has incurred as part of providing the product to you. Returns are subject to evaluation by Spectra Baby Pakistan, and proof of purchase is required.


If you suspect a manufacturer defect or other warranty issues, please refer to Spectra’s warranty policy.


TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND:

 

All items purchased on a discount either via discount codes or on clearance are NOT eligible for a cash refund. We only offer exchanges or website coupons valid for three months assuming they also follow the return policy which is within 7 days from delivery.

 

  • Breast pumps must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Due to the personal nature of these items, pumps must be returned unused and unopened, with the packaging intact.

  • Accessories must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Due to the personal nature of these items, these must be returned unused and unopened, with the packaging intact.

Nursing/Pumping BRAs: Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original packaging. Bearing in mind the intimate nature of this product, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, this item will NOT be returned if we suspect it has been worn and used. Therefore, we currently do not offer any returns or exchanges on our undergarments. We highly suggest you carefully go through our size chart, and order your true size accordingly.


  • Replacement parts are non-refundable due to the personal nature of these items. We do not allow a change of mind or trials with replacement parts.

  • Bundles and Promotional purchases are not eligible for partial refunds. For a full refund, all items must be included in their original condition, unused and unopened, with the packaging intact, within 7 days after delivery.

Any orders that have damaged/missing items upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof, including the receipt and reported within maximum 24 hours from delivery. No request for replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. A product may be required to be returned to us at customer expense to complete the review.


If you qualify for a return/refund, please first email your invoice at customerservice@spectrababypk.com. Once you receive a confirmation from our customer service department, you can send back your parcel to us on the location shared by our team.


Please note, that if you are reaching out to us for a refund it can take up to 14 working days after receiving and checking the parcel to process your refund. Refunds will then be provided via bank transfer or some other form of payment. 


However, if you have returned a parcel due to damage or to claim warranty, our team will need 2 - 4 business days at minimum after receiving the parcel to investigate the issue with the manufacturer in Korea, and then around a maximum of 2 weeks to provide you a solution. 


Exchange:


To exchange the product you have purchased with another item of the same value, you must comply with the following conditions:


We do NOT offer any exchange if we suspect it has been worn and used. For an exchange, all items must be included in their original condition, unused and unopened, with the packaging intact, within 7 days after delivery.


If you comply with the conditions mentioned above, please email your invoice customerservice@spectrababypk.com. Once you receive a confirmation from our customer service department, you can send back your parcel to us on the location shared by our team. Our team will first investigate the package sent, and only then confirm your exchange. This process can take up to 7 working days after receiving your parcel. Please note that Spectra reserves the right to disapprove the exchange if our team feels it is not aligned with our conditions.


Once the exchange is approved, our customer service team will contact you regarding the exchange and you can then expect your exchanged goods to be delivered to you within the next 3 - 5 working days. Please bear in mind that you will bear the cost of standard shipping charges of PKR 200 for a new item being delivered back to you.
