• All Spectra warranties start on the original date of purchase and cover manufacturer defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of pump or its accessories, connection to an improper power supply, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
• Your Spectra electrical breast pump has a 2-year warranty and your accessories have a 90-day warranty when purchased directly from Spectra Baby Pakistan or an authorized retailer.
• Spectra Bottle Warmer and UV Steriliser has a 1 year warranty when purchased directly from Spectra Baby Pakistan or an authorized retailer. Both items do not cover normal wear and tear parts.
• Only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable to another user.
• When submitting a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be provided. This can be in the form of a receipt, invoice, or email.
• Warranty is valid in Pakistan only; replacements are shipped to Pakistan addresses only.

If parts of the pump are used very regularly then they may need to be replaced after 2-3 months. This is not a defect but represents the product‘s nature and does not constitute a claim for warranty.

Before filing for a warranty claim, we highly suggest you go over our Troubleshooting guidelines under Support. It is very rare that the motor of the pump is defective and not working; it is usually a matter of simple accessories replacement or reassembling the accessories correctly.
